Sustainable Development Goals

Goal 2 - Zero Hunger

The number of people facing hunger and food insecurity has increased since 2015 due to the worsening situation caused by the pandemic, conflicts, climate change, and growing inequalities. To address this situation, international collaboration is needed in sustainable food production systems, resilient agricultural practices, equal access to land, technology, and markets, as well as infrastructure and technology investments to enhance agricultural productivity. Goal 2 aims to end hunger and all forms of malnutrition by 2030. Additionally, it commits to ensuring universal access to safe, nutritious, and sufficient food at all times.
