Goal 11 - Sustainable Cities and Communities
More than half of the world's population lives in cities, which is expected to increase by 2030. However, as more people migrate to cities for a better life and the urban population grows, housing problems also increase. Efforts to achieve SDG 11 should focus on strengthening planning capacities for urban development, improving access to public transport, and waste management.
