* Early bird registration and payment deadline: February 16, 2025.

* Final registration and payment deadline: April 18, 2025.

* Registration is finalized once the payment is received.

Early bird fee: 275 euros (valid until February 16, 2025)

Late fee: 290 euros (valid until April 18, 2025)

The cost covers the weekly expenses of domestic transportation (to and from the University and the off Campus visits), four lunches, Welcome Dinner, library and museum visits. 

• Other costs such as accommodation, travel to İstanbul, and other meals are to be covered by the participants.
• Participants are encouraged to use Erasmus+ Staff Exchange funds provided by their home institution.

* If your home Institution is one of Koc University’s Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) partners, please get in touch with your International Office in order to benefit from Erasmus+ ICM grant.

ILSW 2025 payment is refundable but the amount of the refund depends to the date. We refund:

• 100% until March 3rd;
• 50% until April 1st;
• 25% until April 16th;
• No refund is available after April 16th
