Kullanıcı girişi sadece portal yönetimi ve ders sahiplerinin derslerini güncellemeleri için kullanılmaktadır. Derslerden faydalanmak isteyen kişilerin sisteme giriş yapması gerekmemektedir.

Bu platform TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM tarafından Türkiye çapında açık bilim ve ilgili konularda farkındalık yaratmak, mevcut bilgi düzeyini artırmak, araştırmacıların proje süreçlerini kolaylaştırmak ve kamu fonlarıyla üretilen bilimsel içeriğin korunmasına katkıda bulunabilmek için planlanmış ve içeriği açık bilim ve araştırma verilerinin yönetimi konusunda uzman Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Güleda Doğan ve Doç. Dr. Zehra Taşkın tarafından hazırlanmıştır. Sistemin kullanımı ile ilgili açıklayıcı video aşağıda sunulmaktadır.
