After completing the final step, your submission will enter a queue for review by your program administrator. During this review period:
Your submission is locked for editing and will not be visible in the public interface.
However, you can still access and view your submission by logging into KUHub Research and navigating to:
👉 https://research.hub.ku.edu.tr/mydspace
If you notice any issues or changes that need to be made, please contact your program administrator, who can return the submission to you for editing.
Similarly, if your program administrator identifies revisions needed, they will return your submission with comments outlining the requested edits.
Once a submission has been approved and made publicly available, changes can only be made under exceptional circumstances — note that typographical or formatting errors do not qualify for revision at that stage.
You will receive an email notification when your submission is approved, including the permanent handle (persistent link) to your work in KUHub Research.
