Zotero

Zotero is a bibliographic management tool and it is freely available to download, install and use.

Zotero is a Firefox and Google Crome browser extension for Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems that allows users to efficentyl collection infromation from library catalogs and databases and produce citations and bibliographies with ease.

Zotero;

• transfers the information from academic databases to the program with just one click

• presents the work lists in a certain order

• creates in-text submission and bibliography at will

Storage

Each Zotero user is given 300 MB of free Zotero File Storage, with larger storage plans available for purchase. To check your current usage and/or sign up for additional storage, visit the storage settings of your Zotero account. You can then configure your storage settings through your Zotero client's Sync preferences.

Zotero File Storage services are provided by the Corporation for Digital Scholarship.

Storage Pricing

Zotero File Storage offers tiered pricing to accommodate a broad range of users.

If you increase/decrease your storage subscription quota, your existing payment will be pro-rated based on the time remaining and then used to set a new expiration date for your new subscription level. For example, if you increase from 6 GB ($60/year) after 6 months to Unlimited ($120/year), your new subscription will expire 3 months in the future.

In addition to these individual storage plans, we also offer institutional storage plans.

Using Zotero File Storage for Groups

No additional fees are charged for collaboration. Closed public and private groups can use Zotero File Storage for file syncing as long as the group owner has storage space available and has enabled file editing in the group library settings. Group file storage always draws from the storage account of the group owner.
