Istanbul International Library Staff Week 2023

Get ready to expand your network, improve your skills and enjoy Istanbul in spring time!

 Our event registration is closed as we reached the full capacity.  Although it is no longer possible to register directly, we have started a waiting list. Please email us at intllibweek@ku.edu.tr , and we will let you know if and when a space becomes available.

* Early bird registration and payment deadline: November 30, 2022

* Final registration and payment deadline: April 14, 2023

* Registration is finalized once the payment is received.

Early bird fee: 220 euros (valid until November 30, 2022)

Late fee: 250 euros (valid until April 14, 2023)

The cost covers the weekly expenses of domestic transportation (to and from the University and the off Campus visits), four lunches, Welcome Dinner, library and museums visits. 

• Other costs such as accommodation, travel to İstanbul, and other meals are to be covered by the participants.
• Participants are encouraged to use Erasmus+ Staff Exchange funds provided by their home institution.

* If your home Institution is one of Koc University’s Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) partners, please get in touch with your International Office in order to benefit from Erasmus+ ICM grant.

ILSW 2023 payment is refundable but the amount of the refund depends to the date. We refund:

• 100% until March 15;
• 50% until April 15;
• 25% between April 15-23;
• No refund is available after April 23th*

* A 100% refund is possible under one condition after April 23th, namely if the participant cannot participate to the event due to contracting Covid. In that case we require medical report.
