Early bird fee: 200 euros (valid until February 18, 2022)
Late fee: 220 euros (valid until April 4, 2022)
The cost covers the weekly expenses of domestic transportation (to and from the University and the off Campus visits), four lunches, Welcome Dinner, guided city tour, library and museums visits.
- Other costs such as accommodation, travel to İstanbul, and other meals are to be covered by the participants.
- Participants are encouraged to use Erasmus+ Staff Exchange funds provided by their home institution.
* If your home Institution is one of Koc University’s Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) partners, please get in touch with your International Office in order to benefit from Erasmus+ ICM grant.
