As you see there are many ways to AskaLibrarian!

With the Library Trackit System, you can convey your issues/requests regarding the Suna Kıraç Library, its branch libraries, library departments and services through a single online system.

Issues/requests created within this system, which eliminates sending emails to the wrong address or person, are automatically assigned to the right person and are resolved in a timely manner.

Document Delivery Services help KU members to retrieve resources that are not in the Library's Collection. 

To request a book, simply fill out an online interlibrary loan book request form. (This service can be used by KU faculty members, graduate students and staff.) 

Need an item from one of the Koç University libraries not located on your home campus? Check out our Inter-Campus Loan Services page.

The Library can request copies of articles that are not available in full-text through the databases to which the library has subscribed from other libraries that do have the necessary subscriptions. Users can request articles via the online article request system.

Scan & Deliver Service, which is open to KU students and faculty members, includes the e-mailing of the pages scanned from the printed library resources within a framework determined by the Copyright Law.

Suna Kıraç Library has 15 Individual Study Rooms which can be reserved online for two hours per day total.

There are 8 individual Graduate Study Rooms available for daily checkout for KU Graduate Students. Rooms can be reserved for up to 7 days per month. Reservations for the SKL Individual Graduate Study Rooms should be made 24 hours in advance.

Subject guides are the libguides created by reference librarians to promote existing library resources and services on various subjects. You can list guides by subject and genre.

With the Instructions and Events Calendar, you can follow all the trainings and events that we organize throughout the semester and register the ones you want to attend.
