Academic Writing

This subject guide is designed to help Koç University students on various types of academic writing issues that may be encountered as they work through their courses, including writing research papers, essays, literature reviews and more. You can find new publications in the Library collection, useful tips about research process, writing and citation styles, plagiarism and citation management tools.

This presentation is shown to the ACWR 101 students at Koç University. It includes basically the theorical framework of academic writing process, deconstruction of your research question, evaluation of resources that you find in the Library catalog, how to cite and avoding plagiarism while you are writing, sample format of scholarly articles and the services that Suna Kıraç Library provides you.
